Refund Eliigibility
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You are experiencing a technical issue or defect that significantly impacts core functionality, and our support team is unable to resolve it after reasonable effort.
  • You provide sufficient detail and evidence to support the issue, including screenshots, error messages, and a description of your environment.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to review product features or limitations before purchasing.
  • Compatibility issues unrelated to the plugin itself (e.g., browser extensions, device-specific limitations).
  • Requests made after the 7-day period.
No partial refunds are issued for time remaining on subscriptions if canceled mid-term.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please submit a message through our Contact Page and include the following information:
  • Full name and email used for purchase.
  • Date of transaction.
  • Reason for the refund request, with a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Note
We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our service and supporting genuine users. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests, false claims) may result in access being restricted or terminated.
